We headed to Kobe to check out Mount Rokko since the supposed Typhoon hadn’t hit. The weather seemed to be half decent so we decided to stick to the plan. We caught the cable car to the top of the mountain where the view was amazing. There was actually quite a bit to see and do on the top of the mountain so we caught a bus which took you to the different areas. We got off at a few stops and had a look.
